Forest & Pasture Raised Pork
All cross bred to Berkshire, Large Balck, Gloucestershire Old Spot, Red Wattle, Poland China and Marbled Heritage pigs. They are free range, no confinement, forest/pasture raised, milk fed, humanely killed and USDA.
Pasture Raised Chicken
Free range and pasture raised bird meat. We grow our chickens according to the strictest production standards. They’re treated humanely (dare we say pampered?) with open space and plenty of bugs and grass for foraging. You can taste the difference in quality!
Wholesale Pork
Our Heritage Breed Pork breed hogs are raised on pasture, with plenty of room to roam, and access to sun and fresh air. They forage for roots, tubers and nuts, and are fed post-consumer food waste such as milk and bread.
